The item is just a replacement part, part of a Self-Openingen Hinge ( mainly used in Changing Cubicles in Swimming Pools) or Self-closing hinges mainly used for ShowerCubicles and Toilet Cubicles.
For the Rotation Direction of the Doors we use the DIN standard
